Ray Clarke is an ENT surgeon at Alder Hey.

He qualified in University College Dublin and trained in Liverpool and Sheffield.

He has been a Postgraduate Clinical Tutor, Programme Director, education commitee chair and is involved in the Royal College of Surgeon's Continuing Professional Development work.

His deanery work will focus on supporting the education and development of doctors out with the traditional training grades.

Ray is a keen but not terribly good golfer.
