Career planning is the process of making and implementing career decisions. Ideally you should start the process in medical school well before your final year though there may be doctors further up the career ladder who are re- thinking their career choices and may need to start the process over again as they consider moving to a different speciality or even leaving medicine
Career Planning Workshops
Currently we offer a number of one day or half day sessions called ‘Windmills for Doctors’. These career planning session for Foundation doctors aim to help you develop the techniques to successfully plan your career and make informed decisions. They are interactive and fun and an opportunity to take time out from study and work to think about yourself and what you want from your medical career.
We also can offer in association with your trust application form and interview technique workshops.
