While the Mersey Deanery NHSMail Helpdesk is happy to help you with any problems you may have with NHSmail, please take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions before you call to see if the answer is there.

If you are experiencing problems with NHSmail in relation to the following issues:
- Password resets
- Unlocking accounts
- Leaver or joiner requests
- Overseas access (all accounts are now enabled with this facility)

The Mersey Deanery NHSmail helpdesk is available Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00 (excluding Bank holidays)
