Annual Reviews of Competencies Progression are undertaken by a panel of educational advisers and external reviewers appointed by the Deanery. Specialty Registrars are urged to prepare consistently during the year for the ARCP, and to take note of the experience from other Specialty Registrars, and the School/ Faculty web advice, about using the process successfully.
