Head of School chairs the Board on behalf of the Postgraduate Dean.
The CMT Programme Director is responsible for the training of all Trainees in the Core Medical Training Programme. Speciality Training Programme Directors are responsible for training of all Trainees in their specific sub specialties.
The College Tutors are responsible for liaison with Training Programme Directors to ensure adequate training of Trainees within their inpidual Trusts and with the Associate Regional Advisor Progress with the Acute Medical and Generic Curricula.
The Deanery Head of School works with the medical staffing representatives and Trusts to ensure that the rotations constructed run smoothly and is responsible for allocation of Trainees to posts and liaison with the Training Programme Directors.
The Academic Representatives ensures that Trainees have adequate opportunity for exposure to academic medicine and will advise on the establishment of specific academic opportunities in the MDSM.
